📋 Description

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person • Address hardware, software, network connectivity, and other IT-related concerns • Document support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions • Diagnose and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices • Troubleshoot software applications, operating systems, and peripheral equipment • Log and prioritize incidents and resolve them within established SLAs • Escalate complex issues and follow up on escalated incidents • Assist users with software applications and IT services • Provide guidance on computer use, security awareness, and data protection • Monitor IT systems and proactively address potential issues • Maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps • Contribute to the IT Service Desk knowledge base • Collaborate with IT teams on complex issues and continuous improvement initiatives • Participate in team meetings and training sessions • Provide customer service-oriented technical support to computer users across Inotiv locations • Provide technical expertise and individualized computer training to Inotiv staff • Build and maintain hardware and software inventories • Maintain confidential information • Support company initiatives and perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or equivalent are a plus • Proven experience in a similar IT Service Desk or technical support role • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems • Familiarity with common software applications, office productivity tools, and collaboration platforms • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English • Ability to carry items weighing up to 25 pounds • Occasional travel to other Inotiv locations may be required • Subject to 24-hour recall for emergency response duties, including possible weekends and nights • Ability to maintain confidential information
