📋 Description

• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of hybrid cloud solutions • Provide strategic leadership in integrating on-premises Active Directory with Azure • Mentor team members and drive innovative solutions • Guide and support Azure and Infrastructure engineers • Plan, execute, and support the migration of workloads to Azure • Maintain and operate the Azure environment • Identify and execute strategies for cost reduction • Implement Azure best practices for governance, security, and monitoring • Support application teams by provisioning Azure resources • Contribute to automation and infrastructure-as-code initiatives • Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures • Lead cyber-recovery capabilities and design Zero Trust security model • Design and maintain global IT infrastructure DR strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services • Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS • Strong background in virtualization technologies • Experience migrating workloads to Azure • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools • Solid understanding of networking • Knowledge of cloud security and compliance best practices • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with scripting/automation • Prior experience leading or mentoring a team • Experience designing backup and disaster recovery solutions • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
