📋 Description

• Assists the Sales team by providing technical, clinical and educational/training support • Serves as the primary resource for clinical support in patient selection, troubleshooting, device utilization, and patient follow-up • Attends patient device implants and performs patient follow-up • Provides external staff education on product-related specifications • Responds to customer needs and product complaints • Supports sales representatives by meeting with clients to identify their clinical needs • Ensures facilities have clinical literature and marketing collateral • Maintains knowledge of SPR products, competitive devices, and techniques used in neuromodulation • Demonstrates an ability to establish relationships with patients, physicians, nurses, and other team members

🎯 Requirements

• College degree preferred in a clinical or related field • Must have experience working with patients preferably in a clinical environment • Prefer 3-5 years of related clinical support experience • Proven record of achievement in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • High level of professionalism • Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and active vehicle insurance policy • Excellent interpersonal skills including both written and verbal communication skills • Ability to accept feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement • Must be flexible for work outside of normal business hours.
