📋 Description

• Receive, unpack, install, and set up devices at customers' sites. • Install and commission DTE solutions and engineering devices, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, safety, and schedule adherence. • Support DTE Engineering during prototype deployments at customer sites and provide feedback to improve future designs, functionality, and reliability. • Service, maintain, and repair installed solutions to ensure reliable operation and maximize value for DTE customers. • Implement the solution and train customer operators in using it. • Give feedback to Product and Engineering for continuous improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• B.Sc. in Engineering or a related technical field. • 3–5 years of experience in assembly, field service, or technical support roles involving electronic equipment. • An Electrician certification is a plus. • Familiarity with device programming, control logic, and troubleshooting methodologies. • Strong analytical skills and a practical problem-solving mindset. • Ability to work hands-on with prototypes, testing, troubleshooting, and product improvement. • Strong focus on safety, reliability, and quality. • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% within the United States. • Excellent English communication skills. Other languages are a plus.
