📋 Description

• Receive, unpack, install, and commission metal production analytical devices at customer sites • Ensure installations and service work meet high standards of quality, safety, and schedule adherence • Implement DTE solutions and train customer operators • Service, maintain, and repair installed solutions to ensure reliable operation and maximize customer value • Provide remote technical support • Confirm customer site readiness, including power, utilities, access, lifting, and safety approvals • Participate in the on-call rota for remote and on-site support and respond within agreed service commitments • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to drive continuous improvement • Work closely with customers during installation, start-up, and service visits • Configure equipment to meet operational requirements • Serve as a key point of contact throughout installation and maintenance activities

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the United States • B.Sc. in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience • 3+ years of experience in assembly, field service, or technical support roles involving electronic or industrial equipment • Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies for automated control systems and logic • Strong analytical skills and a practical problem-solving mindset • Ability to work hands-on with prototypes, testing, troubleshooting, and product improvement • Strong focus on safety, reliability, and quality • Able to meet customer site access requirements, including safety training, medical or drug screening, and background checks • Comfortable working in hot, noisy casthouse environments, wearing personal protective equipment and handling equipment components • Experience in metals, foundry, or other heavy industrial environments is a plus • Electrical training, certification, or licensure is a plus • Excellent English communication skills; other languages are a plus • Must live within easy driving distance of a major airport • Willing and able to travel approximately 50% within the United States • Must already be authorized to work in the United States • Must hold a valid driver’s license and passport
