📋 Description

• Lead and manage the daily activities of the concrete crew, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and adherence to project schedules. • Coordinate with other foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and avoid delays. • Enforce all company and site-specific safety protocols and conduct ongoing jobsite safety monitoring. • Supervise and actively participate in concrete forming, reinforcing steel placement, concrete pours, and finishing operations. • Motivate and lead the crew, fostering teamwork, accountability, and high performance. • Complete daily reports, time sheets, and required project documentation accurately.

🎯 Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience supervising structural concrete work on heavy, highway, or civil construction projects. • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction layouts. • Experience operating construction equipment and performing hands-on concrete work. • Strong knowledge of concrete forming systems, reinforcing steel, placement methods, and finishing. • Familiarity with TDOT/DOT, ACI, and project-specific concrete specifications.
