📋 Description

• Act as incident lead for major cybersecurity incidents • Direct end-to-end response through validation and scoping • Coordinate teams to restore affected services • Provide situation reports to executives • Own and mature incident response processes • Continually improve incident response framework • Design and facilitate tabletop exercises • Perform incident readiness activities • Lead post-incident reviews and ensure lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in incident management • direct experience leading high-severity cybersecurity incidents • built or shaped an incident response program • strong sense of ownership and urgency • ability to operate independently • effective cross-functional collaboration • experience with cloud infrastructure incidents • ability to engage with technology teams during response • analytically minded with experience using data • excellent communication skills under pressure • strong record as a self-starter • strong process-design and documentation skills • proven coaching and change-enablement skills • strong knowledge of incident response methodologies
