📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of PM/CRM software systems, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems. • Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze business requirements. • Develop and implement PM/CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention. • Train employees on how to use the PM/CRM system effectively. • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the PM/CRM system. • Stay up-to-date with PM/CRM trends and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Technology, or related field. • Proven experience implementing PM/CRM software systems. • Strong knowledge of PM/CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, GHL, Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, Airtable, Teamwork • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Operations mindset • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. • PM/CRM certifications is a plus. • Knowledge in automations tools is plus( Zapier, Make.com)
