• Supporting commissioning activities for mission-critical/data centers • Assisting with safety planning and test readiness • Supporting functional and integrated systems testing (MOP/POP) • Documenting testing (checklists, reports, issue logs, turnover packages) • Assisting with client communication and issue tracking • Supporting project closeout, retesting, and final deliverables • Assist with factory testing, startup, and troubleshooting • Support commissioning plans and functional testing • Review drawings, submittals, and sequences of operation • Prepare checklists and test scripts • Prepare progress and final reports • Track hours and contribute to process improvements • Complete tasks on time and within scope
• Active DoW SkillBridge participant • Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) • Strong attention to detail and organization • Ability to work remotely with strong communication skills • Ability to follow safety protocols • Strong written and verbal communication • Ability to work independently and on a team • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure • Ability to obtain NFPA70E and/or OSHA certifications
• Travel: Up to 75% domestic • Ongoing mentorship • Periodic check-ins • Performance feedback
