• Deliver professional and timely customer service from the initial request through completion of the scheduling process. • Review referrals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information. • Audit medical records to confirm inclusion of all necessary documentation, including treating physician details and relevant case data. • Maintain effective, professional communication with clients and physicians. • Coordinate and track scheduling tasks efficiently, managing multiple files simultaneously while ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. • Leverage knowledge of medical specialties to appropriately assign cases and support peer review processes (preferred). • Handle radiology and imaging files using platforms such as DICOM, CLINK, Box.com, or similar systems (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities. • Familiarity with medical terminology and specialties is preferred. • Experience with digital imaging and radiology file handling is a plus. • Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback.
