• Install and implement new systems • Perform periodic maintenance and system repairs • Provide technical remote support for systems • Troubleshoot systems and diagnose sources of failures • Complete maintenance and service reporting/documentation
• AS Degree in Electrical, Biomedical, or Computer Engineering (BS preferred) • At least 3 years of experience in field service for medical systems (imaging; 5+ years MRI preferred) • Multidisciplinary capital equipment service knowledge • Good technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems • Ability to solve hardware electronics issues (analog and digital) • Ability to troubleshoot software and networking issues • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions • “Hands on” attitude • Very organized and detail oriented • Capable of working independently and as part of a team • Good oral and written communication skills • Ability to work in 2nd and 3rd shifts • Approximately 80% travel
