📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of 3D design artists, design engineers, and animators • Develop and ensure the production of detailed, realistic digital models • Work closely with the art director to ensure models meet product design requirements • Utilize advanced software tools like Autodesk Maya, Houdini, and Photoshop • Provide guidance and feedback based on input from the art director, sales team, and design team • Facilitate clear communication across multiple teams • Manage time effectively, prioritizing projects to meet tight deadlines • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate the latest innovations in modeling

🎯 Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience in 3D modeling • Strong portfolio showcasing advanced 3D modeling skills • Expertise in software such as 3DS Max, Maya, ZBrush, and Blender • Experience with 3D printing, 3D scanning, and reverse engineering techniques • Solid understanding of digital sculpting tools and real-time data visualization • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Software, 3D Art and Animation, 3D Character Design) • Proficiency in programs like Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD for layout designs and technical drawings • Experience managing 3D content creation projects • Familiarity with industry-relevant multimedia software
