📋 Description

• Partner with prospective and existing clients’ executive leadership teams on compensation programs and practices • Educate, explore, and evaluate compensation programs for client businesses • Consult on compensation strategy and initiatives aligned with client business goals • Evaluate pay programs and identify business goals, objectives, and performance indicators • Develop compensation philosophies, performance systems, reward and incentive systems • Design commission, sales incentive, bonus, spot, sign-on, referral, and retention programs • Support merit pay allocation and implementation • Conduct pay equity analyses • Advise clients on compensation and total rewards trends, best practices, and regulations • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal departments, service providers, prospects, and clients • Research client companies, industries, and compensation requests • Develop customized compensation services and internal tools, templates, and techniques • Prepare and present instructional materials and educational sessions • Gather client information, analyze data, and prepare reports using multiple internal systems • Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations • Liaise with HR, DEI, EEO, Marketing, Legal, and other departments • Coach, mentor, and/or supervise staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required • Seven or more years of experience in the compensation field is required • One year of Insperity compensation consulting experience is required • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is required (listed under education/experience requirements) • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred (listed under licenses/certifications) • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
