📋 Description

• Manage an assigned portfolio of franchisees • Collaborate with franchisees to set and exceed goals for sales, profits, and network growth • Coach and influence franchise organizations to deliver a consistent and safe brand experience • Drive same-store comparable sales growth and organizational preparation for additional unit growth • Achieve operational and business performance goals set by the regional operations leader • Facilitate annual planning and Franchise Business Review processes • Assess performance against prior goals and align future goals and commitments • Develop coaching plans and conduct regular check-ins to drive follow-through • Track and review ongoing data and analytics to guide franchisee actions • Interpret data to provide coaching and recommendations • Support remodeling and new restaurant construction processes • Coordinate with construction teams and franchisees, monitor milestones, and ensure facilities meet operational specifications • Support remodels and new store openings • Facilitate communication between franchisees and cross-functional partners • Support operations initiatives and marketing product and promotion rollouts with the Field Marketing Team • Monitor and support local, DMA, and regional marketing plans • Perform restaurant evaluations as needed • Coordinate franchisee training support with the Field Training Team • Ensure effective use of G&A expenses within regional parameters • Complete administrative functions and requirements in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum High School or GED • 5 years minimum in supervisory management or district level multi-unit operations • Prior leadership experience • Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills; able to effectively manage time, plan, and work independently with minimal supervision • Must be able to build credibility and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Able to develop and execute plans to drive results • Able to use data to inform decisions • Able to bring people together to solve problems • Resourceful and highly adaptable to changes in direction; able to adapt to different situations and personalities • Thorough understanding and knowledge of restaurant operations • Sound business and financial acumen • Skilled at consultation and strategic coaching • Compliance orientation • Willingness to travel 75–80% to consult with franchisees based on portfolio needs
