📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve the business rhythm for the GM and organization, including leadership syncs, all-team meetings, business reviews, planning reviews, communications, and company-wide all-hands segments • Manage the GM's operating cadence by prioritizing and delegating workstreams • Improve organizational decision-making through decision rights, frameworks, pre-reads, and reduced friction • Capture, communicate, and track decisions, priorities, and commitments through execution • Shape and run leadership team offsites, including objectives, agendas, pre-reads, discussions, decisions, and follow-through • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the GM and problem-solving partner to product and R&D leaders • Prepare briefings and coordinate research for the GM's meetings • Partner with the GM, HR, and finance to manage headcount budget • Drive calendar, planning, and content for C-suite and board communication • Support GM speaking-engagement content with the communications team • Identify organizational issues and provide structured read-outs and early signals • Partner with GM and HR on relationship, culture, and leadership-team dynamics • Convert engagement-survey signals into action plans and ensure execution • Support annual and long-range Online Grocery planning • Take ambiguous initiatives from unclear to underway by creating plans, identifying owners, aligning stakeholders, and establishing tracking rhythms • Identify and own emerging opportunities and risks

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience • R&D experience in product, design, engineering, technical program management, an adjacent role embedded with R&D teams, or as a Chief of Staff within an R&D organization • Consulting, corporate strategy/operations, or finance background • Experience working directly with executives • Working fluency navigating product, design, and engineering organizations at scale • High EQ and people-oriented instinct • Outstanding executive-level written and verbal communication • Strong analytical skills • Exceptional program management • Ability to travel 10% • Preferred: experience designing and facilitating leadership offsites and driving organizational, culture, or operating-model change • Preferred: experience building with AI in a professional setting • Preferred: experience within high-growth, technology-driven companies
