📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve the business rhythm for the General Manager and Online Grocery organization • Manage the GM’s operating cadence by prioritizing and delegating workstreams • Improve organizational decision-making through decision rights, frameworks, and pre-reads • Capture, communicate, and track decisions, priorities, and commitments through execution • Shape and run leadership team offsites, including objectives, agendas, pre-reads, discussions, decisions, and follow-through • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the GM and problem-solving partner to product and R&D leaders • Prepare briefings and coordinate research for the GM’s meetings with partners and key leaders • Partner with the GM, HR, and finance to manage the organization’s headcount budget • Drive calendar, planning, and content for C-suite and board communication on Online Grocery priorities • Support the GM in preparing content for speaking engagements • Identify organizational issues and provide structured read-outs and early signals • Partner with the GM and HR on relationship, culture, and organizational health initiatives • Convert engagement survey signals into action plans and ensure execution • Help drive annual and long-range planning for Online Grocery • Lead ambiguous initiatives from definition through execution by creating plans, identifying DRIs, aligning stakeholders, and establishing operating rhythms • Identify and own emerging opportunities and risks before they become blockers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience • R&D experience in product, design, engineering, technical program management, an adjacent embedded role, or an R&D Chief of Staff role • Consulting, corporate strategy/operations, or finance background • Experience working directly with executives • Working fluency across product, design, and engineering organizations at scale • High EQ and people-oriented approach to building trusted relationships and bridging leadership and teams • Outstanding executive-level written and verbal communication • Strong analytical skills • Commitment to consistently high-quality work • Exceptional program management skills and ability to drive multiple complex initiatives to deadlines • Ability to travel 10% • Preferred: experience designing and facilitating leadership offsites and driving organizational, culture, or operating-model change • Preferred: professional experience building with AI, including prototypes, automations, or agents • Preferred: experience in high-growth, technology-driven companies
