📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve the business rhythm for the General Manager and Online Grocery organization • Manage the GM's operating cadence by prioritizing and delegating workstreams • Improve organizational decision-making through decision rights, frameworks, and pre-reads • Capture decisions, communicate them to stakeholders, and track execution • Shape and run leadership team offsites, including objectives, agendas, pre-reads, discussions, decisions, and follow-through • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the GM and problem-solving partner to product and R&D leaders • Prepare GM briefings and coordinate research for partner and key-leader meetings • Partner with the GM, HR, and finance on headcount budgeting • Drive calendar, planning, and content for C-suite and board communication on Online Grocery priorities • Support the GM with speaking-engagement content • Identify and address organizational issues, relationship dynamics, culture, and engagement-survey actions • Help drive annual and long-range Online Grocery planning • Turn ambiguous initiatives into executable programs by clarifying plans, owners, decisions, stakeholders, and operating rhythms • Identify and own emerging opportunities and risks

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience • R&D experience in product, design, engineering, technical program management, an adjacent R&D-embedded role, or Chief of Staff within an R&D organization • Consulting, corporate strategy/operations, or finance background • Experience working directly with executives • Working fluency navigating product, design, and engineering organizations at scale • High EQ and people-oriented instincts • Outstanding executive-level written and verbal communication • Strong analytical skills • Exceptional program management experience • Ability to travel 10% • Preferred: experience designing and facilitating leadership offsites and driving organizational, culture, or operating-model change • Preferred: experience building with AI, including prototypes, automations, or agents • Preferred: experience within high-growth, technology-driven companies
