📋 Description

• Drive and lead experiences across consumer-facing products to create personalized journeys • Lead end-to-end experience design briefs across surfaces and modalities • Craft narratives, naming, and value propositions for experiences and features • Define and own experience frameworks mapping key customer journeys • Shape content and information architecture across various surfaces • Use AI-assisted prototyping and concept development as core practice • Mentor partners on experience-led thinking and cohesive experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products and experiences across web and mobile • Strong track record of projects demonstrating fluency in at least two design languages • Proven ability to partner with product and business leaders through multiple design disciplines • Strong communication skills in storytelling and presentation formats • Fluency in tools like Google Slides and Figma
