📋 Description

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, medication treatment plan, and ongoing medication management services to children and teens • Collaborate with the InStride care team and outpatient pediatrician and psychiatrist when applicable • Participate in clinical team meetings focused on patient care, collaboration, and education • Schedule patients as indicated and complete documentation in a timely and thorough manner • Provide feedback on workflow improvements and ideas for program growth and innovation • Collaborate with families, primary care physicians, and outpatient prescribers to meet patients’ needs • Maintain a professional, friendly atmosphere for patients, families, staff, and referring physicians

🎯 Requirements

• Massachusetts MD licensure appropriate to clinical discipline • Openness to acquiring medical licenses beyond Massachusetts as care expands to additional states • Commitment to compassionate, thoughtful treatment • Expertise in medication management for children and teens with anxiety, OCD, depression, and ADHD • Ability to complete documentation in a timely and thorough manner • Comfort working on a care team and providing and seeking support • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work independently and professionally in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Basic computer skills and facility with and openness to new technologies • Cultural competence regarding diversity and inclusion
