📋 Description

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, medication treatment plans, and ongoing medication management services to children and teens • Collaborate with the InStride care team and outpatient pediatricians and psychiatrists • Participate in clinical team meetings focused on patient care, collaboration, and education • Schedule patients as indicated • Complete documentation in a timely and thorough manner • Provide feedback on workflow improvements • Offer ideas for program growth and innovation • Collaborate with families, primary care physicians, and outpatient prescribers

🎯 Requirements

• MD licensure appropriate to clinical discipline • Openness to acquiring medical licenses as care expands to additional states • Expertise in medication management of children and teens struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, and ADHD • Commitment to compassionate, thoughtful treatment • Ability to complete documentation in a timely and thorough manner • Comfort with working on a care team • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work independently and professionally in a fast-paced environment • Ability to be flexible • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • Basic computer skills and facility with new technologies • Cultural competence with regard to diversity and inclusion
