📋 Description

• Provide outpatient virtual psychiatric care to children and adolescents as part of a coordinated care team • Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication treatment plans, and ongoing medication management services to children and teens • Collaborate with the InStride care team and outpatient pediatrician and psychiatrist when applicable • Participate in clinical team meetings focused on patient care, collaboration, and education • Schedule patients as indicated • Complete documentation in a timely and thorough manner • Provide feedback on workflow improvements • Offer ideas for program growth and innovation

🎯 Requirements

• MD licensure appropriate to the clinical discipline • Openness to acquiring medical licenses as InStride expands care to additional states • Expertise in medication management for children and teens struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, and ADHD • Commitment to compassionate, thoughtful treatment • Ability to complete documentation in a timely and thorough manner • Comfort working on a care team and seeking or providing support • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work independently and professionally in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with confidence and trust • Basic computer skills • Facility with and openness to new technologies • Cultural competence regarding diversity and inclusion
