📋 Description

• Travel to customer factory sites, primarily in North America and around the world • Own company-critical missions and deliver mission success • Set up and integrate physical equipment into complex electronics manufacturing lines • Accelerate customer time to value by hand-tuning Instrumental algorithms and software • Build relationships with customer and factory stakeholders • Support further customer adoption through technical and dependable engagement • Become an expert in Instrumental’s software and technology • Identify ways to maximize system performance through physical adjustments, training labels, or replicated customer tests • Deliver rapid and impactful results for customers and their manufacturing partners

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in electronics manufacturing doing engineering or operations, on the brand or EMS side • Understanding of factory environments, processes, and politics • Experience completing critical missions despite unforeseen or challenging circumstances • Frequent travel to customer factory sites, primarily in North America; travel may reach 80% during peak periods • Ability to travel evenings and weekends when required • Excellent written and spoken English • Ideally Mandarin communication; bilingual English/Mandarin speakers prioritized • Technical savvy, organization, customer orientation, and ability to interact effectively with global stakeholders • Ability to comply with company security and privacy policies and report suspected security incidents or policy violations
