📋 Description

• Follow our proven Renewal process to offer individualized policy options to existing clients • Assess & Underwrite client needs • Present Renewal Quotes, Close and Follow-up • Maintain accurate customer information in CRM • Build relationships with existing clients and capitalize on Leads and referrals • Manage email follow-ups for missing information and documentation • Use insurance carrier's platform & technology timely and accurately

🎯 Requirements

• Speak and write Albanian & English languages fluently • Pass background check • Pass Property & Casualty insurance state licensing test and obtain license; must be US based and eligible to work in the US • Sales Aptitude & Sales Skills (communication, persuasion, prospecting, outbound calling, negotiation and closing skills) • PC Skills including MS Office • Higher education is a plus • Proactive team member, effective collaborator • Ability to organize tasks effectively, manage time, be results-driven, and capable of working to tight deadlines
