📋 Description

• Drive the delivery of services to insurance customers • Manage multiple projects simultaneously • Prepare for and conduct project meetings • Negotiate with resource managers for project resources • Develop strong relationships across the business • Tailor project scope and quality • Collaborate and provide mentorship to peers • Identify and make recommendations for process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years insurance experience required • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience • Advanced analytical and critical thinking • Advanced written and oral English communication • Strong time management skills • Ability to handle multiple priorities or tasks • Experience with Microsoft Project • Experience with project management methodologies • Experience with resource allocation tools
