📋 Description

• Lead complex, high-visibility, cross-functional marketing initiatives from planning through completion • Translate business objectives into project scope, plans, milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, and timelines • Manage project scope and changes throughout the project lifecycle • Establish and maintain project governance • Facilitate working sessions and project meetings • Identify next steps, manage risks and issues, resolve blockers, and drive teams toward outcomes • Independently address issues and escalate material risks or decisions to the Director, Marketing PMO • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, Communications, Operations, and other stakeholders • Work with other project managers to create consistency and share effective practices • Develop and mature project management methodology, governance, templates, documentation, and standards • Identify gaps and inefficiencies and implement practical improvements • Manage projects in Asana and other project management tools • Maintain project plans, risks, issues, decisions, actions, and status • Provide clear, actionable reporting • Capture project outcomes, decisions, and lessons learned to build institutional knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project management fundamentals and demonstrated experience independently leading complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion • Track record of taking ownership, anticipating next steps, solving problems, managing scope and change, and driving projects forward • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence and create accountability across teams and work effectively with senior stakeholders • Experience creating structure in ambiguous or evolving environments • Experience improving project management processes, methodologies, governance, and ways of working • Experience in a marketing, creative, agency, technology, professional services, SaaS, or similarly complex environment • Familiarity with Asana or comparable project management tools
