• Test, adjust, and balance (TAB) air and water (hydronic) HVAC systems to meet design specifications. • Inspect systems to verify compliance with project plans and identify performance issues. • Read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, control schematics, and equipment data. • Accurately document all testing, adjusting, and balancing activities using project-specific reporting procedures.
• High school diploma or GED required. • NEBB or AABC certification preferred, but not required. • Strong math skills, including calculations related to air and water (hydronic) balancing. • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, technical documents, and Statements of Work (SOWs). • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
