📋 Description

• Review and improve business-user prompts in Prism using Snowflake Cortex, Claude, and Codex • Certify user queries and Prism answers against source data • Monitor recurring errors, gaps, and misinterpretations and ensure they are addressed • Improve semantic layers built from raw SQL tables, including taxonomies, metadata, and labeling • Analyze relationships across pricing, rebates, chargebacks, and other data domains • Engage business owners to translate information needs into improved prompts, queries, and data structures • Write technical requirements for model tuning, data-structure changes, and product improvements • Document data sources, business logic, and relationships • Provide data-quality input to Prism roadmap planning and prioritization • Work with QA to establish answer-accuracy test cases each sprint • Support internal and customer communications, including release notes, briefings, and presentations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years in data analysis, data correlation, or similar analytical work • Strong technical skills without being a software engineer • Comfortable with SQL, semantic layers, and data structures • Hands-on experience with AI tools like Snowflake Cortex, Claude, or Codex • Working knowledge of semantic data modeling, including ontologies, taxonomies, knowledge graphs, or similar • Ability to identify when AI answers do not match source data and determine why • Experience turning complex data relationships into clear requirements • Experience working alongside Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering • Strong writing and speaking skills • Ability to explain complex data and AI concepts to business owners • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools • Familiarity with pharma, contracts, or pricing is a plus • A 4-year degree in a related field is preferred • Must have valid US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
