📋 Description

• Review and improve business-user prompts using Snowflake Cortex, Claude, Codex, and similar tools • Certify user queries and Prism answers against source data • Monitor user questions and responses for recurring errors, gaps, and misinterpretations • Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to improve semantic layers, taxonomies, metadata, and labeling • Analyze pricing, rebates, chargebacks, and related data to shape Prism's data representation • Engage business owners to understand required questions and improve prompts, queries, and data structures • Write technical requirements for model tuning, data restructuring, and product improvements • Document data sources, business logic, and relationships • Provide data-quality input to Prism planning and roadmap prioritization • Create answer-accuracy test cases with QA each sprint • Support release notes, briefings, and presentations explaining Prism • Collaborate daily with Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in data analysis, data correlation, or similar work • Technical aptitude without being a software engineer • Comfortable writing SQL, including joins, aggregations, and window functions • Ability to read and debug queries written by others • Knowledge of semantic layers and data structures • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Claude, or Codex • Working knowledge of semantic data modeling, including ontologies, taxonomies, knowledge graphs, or similar • Ability to identify discrepancies between AI answers and source data and investigate their causes • Experience translating complex data relationships into clear requirements with Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering • Strong writing and speaking skills • Ability to explain complex data and AI concepts to business owners • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools • Pharma experience, or experience with contracts and pricing, is a plus • A 4-year degree in a related field is preferred • Valid US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship by IntegriChain
