📋 Description

• Support testing and quality assurance activities for data analytics tools and technologies within a federal healthcare program. • Develop and execute manual test cases for assigned data analytics tools and technologies. • Validate analytical outputs, data accuracy, business rules, and functionality. • Identify, document, and track defects and testing results. • Perform regression testing. • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing, data validation, quality assurance, or related technical testing. • Demonstrated experience developing and executing manual test cases. • Experience testing or validating at least one of the following: Python notebooks and analytical processes; SQL scripts, queries, and database outputs; BusinessObjects reports and analytical outputs; AI chatbots, assistants, or AI-enabled applications. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills. • Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare claims data is preferred. • Working knowledge of SQL or Python is preferred. • Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar enterprise data platforms is preferred. • Experience supporting federal healthcare programs is preferred.
