📋 Description

• Recruit 30–40 independent life insurance and wealth advisory firms over a three-year period • Build a portfolio of new independent firms • Develop revenue growth plans for each firm in the portfolio • Ensure Lion Street resources are appropriately tailored to each firm • Recruit independent life insurance and wealth advisory firms • Build business development relationships with industry-leading firms • Collaborate with firms and participate in team recruiting and sales campaigns • Work with Lion Street carriers and alliances to leverage product experts and resources for firms

🎯 Requirements

• At least five or more years of experience in the life insurance industry • Successful history of business development and relationships with industry-leading life and wealth advisory firms • Located on or willing to work within the U.S. West Coast region • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to work with Lion Street carriers and alliances and leverage product experts and resources • Ability to correspond with firms, share ideas, and participate in team recruiting and sales campaigns • Initiative, creative thinking, and ownership of opportunities • Self-starter attitude and strong desire to provide excellent results • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-moving company environment
