β’ Review and evaluate automotive extended warranty claims submitted by customers, dealerships, and repair facilities. β’ Verify claim information, including coverage, eligibility, and supporting documentation. β’ Conduct thorough investigations and assessments to determine the validity of claims and contract coverage. β’ Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to gather relevant information and resolve claim-related issues. β’ Ensure compliance with company guidelines, industry regulations, and legal requirements throughout the claims administration process. β’ Accurately and efficiently process claims within established timelines. β’ Communicate claim decisions, approvals, and denials to appropriate parties promptly and professionally. β’ Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations related to warranty claims. β’ Maintain accurate and organized claim records and documentation. β’ Identify trends and areas for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of enhanced claims-handling procedures.
β’ Equivalent experience in Claims Administration or a related field. β’ 5+ years of recent experience in automotive claims administration or a similar role. β’ Strong understanding of automotive systems, components, and repair processes. β’ Familiarity with warranty regulations, guidelines, and best practices within the automotive industry. β’ Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Ability to handle multiple claims while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. β’ Proficiency in using claims management systems and software. β’ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. β’ High level of professionalism and attention to detail. β’ Pass drug screening and background check. β’ Proactive, reliable, and trustworthy. β’ Takes pride in their work and enjoys working as part of a team.
