📋 Description

• Work with repair facilities to validate, adjudicate, and approve payment for diagnostics and repair recommendations • Handle pre-sale repairs and customer vehicles under warranty • Adjudicate claims within approval limits and department and industry standards • Document actions and interactions with shops and customers in internal systems • Navigate department resources to follow process flows and policies • Manage assigned pending claims • Follow up with repair facilities to make claim decisions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NC, NV, TN, TX, or UT • High-school diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3+ years of experience with current automotive mechanical and diagnostics • Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures • Knowledge of parts pricing, labor guides, and repair shop procedures/practices • Clear and professional verbal and written communication • Strong negotiation skills • Proficient typing and general computer skills • Comfortable in a high-volume, collaborative environment and managing multiple priorities • Solutions-oriented • Must have a conducive, quiet home workspace with no distractions and reliable, secure internet • Hiring contingent upon successful completion of background and drug screening
