📋 Description

• Lead and direct large teams to meet key deliverables across multiple functional areas during the event planning process • Identify areas of the program that are not meeting their deliverables and create an action plan to realign • Manage interdependencies and integration among multiple event workstreams, teams, and stakeholders • Develop event solutions, remove obstacles and redefine event approaches • Design, develop and implement both strategic programs and supporting tactics for events and programs • Ensure that event quality standards and budget constraints are met • Drive continuous improvement through new processes, operating models, and technologies that enhance event effectiveness and scalability • Lead post-event evaluation, including executive debriefs, performance reporting, attendee insights, and recommendations for future improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree w/ 6+ years of experience in related areas of event management, marketing program management • 5+ years of large-scale corporate event experience within a large global technology organization • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and event management tools • Proven ability to manage medium to large scale projects within the constraints of time, scope and budget • Ability to travel, working independently and autonomously • Proficient in event technology (i.e. Cvent, Jifflenow, Rain Focus, etc.) • 8+ years of experience running large-scale, complex corporate events and managing multiple programs simultaneously (preferred) • Experience with executive stakeholder management (preferred) • Currently leveraging native AI capabilities (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) to increase productivity, streamline workflows, and enable higher-value work (preferred)
