📋 Description

• Work directly with the Operations Manager to align daily actions with strategic goals • Maintain the active agent roster, removing and replacing agents inactive for two weeks • Conduct daily test calls to ensure adherence to QA guidelines • Coach agents when complaints or QA issues arise • Monitor agent schedules and adherence to 8-hour daily shifts • Calculate, prepare, and submit the monthly minutes invoice • Verify onboarding documentation, communicate updates to the client, and maintain compliance records • Scale the operation to 100 active agents

🎯 Requirements

• 3 months to 1 year of work experience • Ability to oversee, manage, and rapidly grow a remote workforce • Ability to maintain an accurate database of active agents • Ability to conduct daily test calls and enforce QA guidelines • Ability to provide immediate, constructive coaching • Ability to monitor schedules and adherence to daily 8-hour shifts • Ability to calculate, prepare, and submit monthly minutes invoices • Ability to verify onboarding documentation and maintain compliance records
