📋 Description
• Attend quarterly BoD meetings • Provide strategic guidance and industry expertise • Review organizational goals and growth initiatives • Offer recommendations regarding operational efficiency and risk management • Assist in identifying business development and partnership opportunities • Serve as an ambassador for the organization within the community • Provide independent feedback on key organizational decisions when requested
