📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic social media concepts • Independently manage all phases of social media management, from strategic planning and content production to community management • Advise client teams on social media trends and develop tailored solutions for different target audiences • Develop innovative social media campaigns, from editorial planning and content creation to performance optimization • Identify beauty and lifestyle trends and test new formats • Implement innovative approaches to increase brand awareness and engagement • Prepare detailed performance reports and analyze KPIs • Present optimization opportunities and market insights • Develop new ideas for brand management based on customer and community feedback • Collaborate with client teams and internal departments to implement integrated campaigns • Support junior colleagues and promote knowledge sharing on social media strategies

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of substantial professional experience in social media management • Proven success managing a wide range of brands and projects • Specialization in TikTok, with in-depth knowledge of the platform, its community, and relevant content formats • Proficient use of Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Business Suite • Experience communicating with clients, combined with a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach • Strong awareness of current social media developments and trends • High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn • Ability to structure tasks independently and work confidently in dynamic environments • Strategic and analytical thinking, as well as experience with sustainable growth strategies and data-driven decision-making • Experience with analytics and reporting • Understanding of client needs and ability to build long-term, trusting relationships • Familiarity with standard social media tools for planning, execution, and analysis • Very good written and spoken German and English
