📋 Description
• Provide a variety of homecare services to clients in their homes • Provide services to clients living in and around various cities in MN • Work in full-time Case Management as well as part-time and per diem roles • Collaborate effectively with clients and supervisors
🎯 Requirements
• Valid clinical license in the state of MN • Ability to pass a criminal background check • Reliable means of transportation to clients' homes • Ability to provide the services needed based on the client’s care plan • Effective communication with the client and supervisor
