📋 Description
• Provide a variety of homecare services to clients in their homes • Work in full-time Case Management or part-time and per diem roles • Collaborate with clients and supervisors to meet care needs
🎯 Requirements
• Must pass a criminal background check • Must have a valid clinical license in the state • Reliable means of transportation to clients' homes • Ability to provide services based on the client's care plan • Effective communication with clients and supervisors
