📋 Description

• Advise internal teams on industry dynamics and best practices • Use your expertise to support content development for VR simulations and eLearning videos • Advise on construction and installation • Develop and assist in the creation of procedure guides • Write and record voiceover scripts and screencasts for videos • Generate valid and reliable test questions/knowledge checks • Develop fault scenarios • Review courses for accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Data Center Construction • Teaching or training experience is preferred • Organized and communicative with the team • Desire and ability to collaborate with designers and developers and respond to queries and feedback within 1-2 business days • Systematic approach to troubleshooting • Research skills • Teaching, training or mentoring experience is ideal • Computer skills - G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) • Camtasia (video tutorial and presentation software), will teach • Writing skills for knowledge checks and procedure guides • Availability during business hours to attend scheduled Zoom meetings
