📋 Description

• Lead the planning and coordination that enables high-impact operational projects across our fleet of solar, wind, battery energy storage, and gas assets. • Prepare complex, non-routine campaigns for successful execution by developing project plans, coordinating technical stakeholders, and ensuring operational readiness before work begins in the field. • Serve as the organizational engine behind major capital improvements, fleet-wide campaigns, and warranty remediation projects. • Partner closely with Site Operations, Asset Management, Engineering, the Integrated Operations Center (IOC), and external OEMs to deliver safe, efficient, and commercially successful outcomes. • Develop detailed scopes of work, constructability reviews, engineering coordination, and project execution plans before field mobilization. • Build and maintain critical-path project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Smartsheet. • Establish processes to accurately track labor, equipment usage, downtime, and costs that support warranty reimbursement and commercial claims. • Develop strategic pre-work plans for multi-unit outages and large operational campaigns. • Collect and organize as-built documentation, quality records, and project closeout packages following campaign completion.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. • 3–6+ years of experience in technical project management, project controls, contract execution, or operations planning within utility-scale energy, power generation, or heavy industrial environments. • Experience developing critical-path schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar scheduling software. • Strong understanding of project controls, planning methodologies, and complex operational project execution. • Experience working within contractual frameworks including OEM warranties, EPC agreements, TSAs, BSAs, or similar commercial agreements. • Ability to interpret technical documentation and coordinate engineering, commercial, and operational stakeholders. • Experience collecting documentation that supports commercial recovery, warranty reimbursement, or contractual claims. • Familiarity with one or more utility-scale technologies including solar, battery energy storage systems (BESS), wind, or gas generation assets. • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Comfortable managing multiple complex projects while balancing competing priorities. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. • PMP certification is preferred. • CMRP certification is preferred. • A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset and a collaborative work style will help you succeed in this role.
