📋 Description

• Compile and format large data files and reports received from partnerships • Record various transactions in the accounting system • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, roll-forward schedules, and bank reconciliations • Calculate monthly and annual fees earned per partner contracts • Prepare provider and clinical staffing analysis • Perform monthly variance analysis for P&L accounts and document variances exceeding threshold amounts • Assist with the annual financial audit by gathering support and answering auditor questions • Complete ad hoc projects and reconciliations as needed • Work closely with partner accounting and finance teams and the Intuitive Health Joint Venture Operations team • Report to the Accounting Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting • 1+ years of experience in general ledger and month-end close • Healthcare experience a plus • Advanced/expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, and similar functions • Strong computer skills • Detail oriented, with strong analytical and reconciliation skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Professional character to interact with individuals at all functional levels • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness • Strong multi-tasking skills to manage time effectively and meet deadlines • Proactive, can-do attitude and a team player • Must be Texas-based and able to attend quarterly meetings at the corporate service center in Plano, Texas
