đź“‹ Description
• Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to drive robotic surgical system utilization • Mentor surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications • Serve as a da Vinci Surgery resource across primary surgical specialties • Support regional Sales and Marketing events that create system awareness and procedure adoption • Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team so they can use the system unsupervised • Expand the user base by working with key opinion leaders • Drive sales of instruments and accessories • Mentor new team members to become high-performing clinical sales team members • Manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and expense reports
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales • Ability to travel up to 25% • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed • Bachelor’s degree required • Knowledge of the operating room environment preferred • Proven record of success • Ambition and exceptional work ethic • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team • Candidates must live within or be willing to relocate to the Philadelphia, PA North area • May need to provide current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19 • Certain roles may be subject to U.S. export-control requirements
