📋 Description
• Partner with the Orlando team in a 24+ month developmental role • Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and territory management • Guide technical in-services for operating room staff, surgeons, and other customers • Sell the benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users and contribute to team quotas • Learn goal setting, territory mapping, and quota attainment in preparation for a future quota-bearing role • Manage administrative tasks, including sales/procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, and expense reports
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ year of outside sales experience required • Ability to travel up to 25% • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed • Bachelor’s degree required • Proven record of success • Ambition and exceptional work ethic • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team • Must live within or be willing to relocate to the Orlando, Florida area • Current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19, may be required by Intuitive or customers • Must satisfy applicable U.S. export-control requirements if the role is subject to them
