• Partner with the western Pittsburgh team in a 24+ month developmental role • Gain knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of Intuitive’s robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care business • Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and overall territory management • Guide technical in-services for customers, including operating room staff and surgeons • Sell the benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users and contribute to team quotas • Gain experience in goal setting, mapping, and attainment in preparation for a subsequent quota-bearing role • Manage administrative tasks, including reporting sales/procedures and sales-activity outcomes • Submit expense reports
• Candidates must live within or be willing to relocate to the western Pittsburgh, PA area • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in the military or 1 year of outside sales experience • Ability to travel up to 25% • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed • Bachelor’s degree required • Proven record of success • Ambition and exceptional work ethic • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team • May be required to show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19 • May be subject to U.S. export-control requirements, including an export license or Technology Control Plan
• Total target compensation of $126,140 for Region 1 or $119,000 for Region 2 (includes base pay and commission; not a base salary) • Benefits and equity included in the compensation package • Remote work arrangement • Reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities
