📋 Description

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products within the assigned area of responsibility • Ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are met and exceeded • Provide technical support to end-users and Intuitive employees • Conduct training sessions at Intuitive facilities, training centers, and hospitals • Perform system inspections, preventive maintenance, software updates, recalls, field actions, and upgrades • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Intuitive products and associated equipment • Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation • Document service activities, maintain records, and provide reports to stakeholders • Complete administrative duties including spare parts inventory, Field Activity Reports, Return Material Authorizations, and expense reports • Maintain company-provided tools, vehicles, laptops, iPads, and other assets • Collaborate with Sales, Genesis, headquarters, and other Intuitive teams • Provide feedback to headquarters and participate in continuous improvement projects • Manage customer needs, system install-base configurations, customer contacts, training, and events in the assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Ability to travel up to 50% • Reside typically within 30 miles of the assigned territory or designated area • Ability to work flex shifts, second shifts, or other shifts as required • Ability to lift 75 lbs. and move wheeled objects up to 1,200 lbs. • Clean driving record • Ability to obtain and maintain Vendor Credentialing approval for operating-room access • Compliance with required vaccinations for vendor credentialing • Proven troubleshooting experience with electro-mechanical systems • Good written and oral communication skills • General computer skills • Comfortable working off hours with limited support • Excellent administrative and record-keeping skills • 1–3 years of field service experience preferred • Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent training/experience preferred • Knowledge and implementation of operating-room protocol and HIPAA standards
