📋 Description

• Lead the continued development of DataHub, a self-service data warehousing and reporting product for PACE organizations • Own the product line and be responsible for its success • Oversee day-to-day product operations • Partner with engineering to plan releases • Strategically evaluate new feature opportunities • Independently leverage AI to investigate the codebase and resolve technical functionality questions • Own development of complex features, including client discovery sessions and PRD writing • Recommend build-versus-buy assessments for manager review • Provide company-wide product updates regularly with minimal oversight • Handle client escalations with minimal manager oversight • Guide cross-functional stakeholders through application changes and rollouts • Own feature-launch steps cross-functionally • Identify potential cross-product interdependencies • Plan monthly roadmaps • Develop pod-level quarterly roadmaps • Recommend product-level quarterly roadmap plans • Set expectations for direct reports and provide regular feedback • Support direct-report growth opportunities and career development guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of overall Product Management experience, including 1+ years managing and developing a team • Strong technical background, with familiarity in data modeling and analytics tooling • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Comfort working directly with clients, with the ability to navigate escalations • Ability to handle ambiguous problem spaces • Business acumen, with an ability to balance product decisions against broader business outcomes • Attention to detail with an analytical mindset • Proactive and eager to learn new skills • Strong understanding of the software product development lifecycle • Experience running scrum processes • Proficient in SQL and JIRA • Experience working with healthcare datasets such as electronic health record data or claims data • Prior start up experience preferred • Prior experience building data products preferred • Must be based in the United States • This position is not eligible for sponsorship
