📋 Description

• Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in accordance with company policies • Match purchase orders, invoices, and payment vouchers to ensure accuracy and completeness • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation • Assist with reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies • Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable • Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiries • Assist with data entry and maintaining the accounts payable system • Contribute to process improvements and compliance with company financial controls

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus • Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Good communication skills, both verbal and written • Previous internship or work experience in accounting or finance is advantageous but not required
