📋 Description

• Lead and oversee software projects from initiation to completion • Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, developers, and clients • Mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders • Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines • Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear, timely updates to leadership and clients • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies • Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices • Lead post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field • 3+ years of experience managing software development projects • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus
