• Grow and lead a team of Account Executives at Verus Wholesale • Drive sales performance and build strong relationships with clients • Oversee account management and develop strategic initiatives • Contribute to the company’s overall growth in the wholesale mortgage market • Train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Account Executives • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth • Build and maintain relationships with brokers and key partners • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and provide reports to senior leadership
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, or comparable professional experience. • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in wholesale mortgage sales, with a focus on non-agency products. • Minimum 2+ years managing a wholesale non-Agency sales team. • Deep understanding of wholesale mortgage products, particularly non-agency loans. • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions. • Proficiency in Salesforce software and other sales tools.
