📋 Description

• Run head-to-head prompts and multi-turn workflows across the client's assistant and competing paid assistants using tasks from business operations and marketing • Build and maintain realistic small-business test cases covering ad creative and copy, organic content planning, customer messaging, competitor research, pricing, scheduling, and light bookkeeping • Identify and document failure modes, including wrong answers, refusals, weak instruction-following, tone misses, brand-unsafe output, formatting issues, lost context, and unusable image or video output • Write clear, reproducible reports detailing prompts, models and surfaces, expected and actual outputs, severity, and business impact • Assess bundled subscription value against standalone competitor subscriptions for comparable spend • Stress-test assistant features within social and commerce surfaces as well as standalone chat products

🎯 Requirements

• Owner or operator of a small or medium business, such as a sole proprietor, founder, or day-to-day operator, at a business of roughly 1–200 employees • Daily, habitual use of generative AI tools in the business for operations and marketing • Personally maintained organic presence on Instagram and Facebook, including posting, Stories, Reels, and comment and message response • Hands-on paid advertising experience on Meta platforms, including personally building, launching, and optimizing campaigns with real budget • Based in the United States and authorized to work here • Capacity to complete deliverables within the agreed scope and timeline, potentially up to 40 hours per week • Exceptional written English sufficient to describe failures reproducibly for engineers • Comfortable working independently against a rubric and maintaining a weekly output cadence
