📋 Description

• Challenge advanced language models on wetlab topics including PCR and qPCR protocols, cell culture methods, nucleic acid extraction, microscopy preparations, assay standardization, experiment troubleshooting, and lab safety procedures • Converse with the model on practical laboratory scenarios and theoretical protocol questions • Verify factual accuracy and logical workflow • Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Help train AI systems for scientific discovery, laboratory workflows, and life science research reproducibility

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in wetlab techniques • Expertise in protocol development • Expertise in experimental design • Expertise in sterile technique • Expertise in reagent preparation • Expertise in quality control • Expertise in biosafety practices • Ability to work on PCR and qPCR protocols • Ability to work on cell culture methods • Ability to work on nucleic acid extraction • Ability to work on microscopy preparations • Ability to work on assay standardization • Ability to troubleshoot experiments • Knowledge of lab safety procedures • PhD in molecular biology, microbiology, biochemistry, or a closely related life-science field is ideal • Peer-reviewed publications, hands-on experience in wetlab research, or clinical laboratory practice signal fit • Clear, metacognitive communication is essential
