📋 Description

• Partner with clients to deliver Workday Financial solutions and implementations • Lead client requirements and design sessions independently • Configure and deliver Workday Financial solutions • Support and guide consultants on project work under architect leadership • Mentor junior team members within the FINS practice • Lead client conversations and solve complex business challenges • Proactively support leadership and contribute to internal team initiatives • Help improve internal processes and support organizational growth

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must currently reside and work within the United States • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Full-time W2 position only; no C2C arrangements or contract opportunities • 3+ years of Workday Financial Accounting configuration experience • Workday implementation/project experience • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Strong communication and client-facing skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
